Priced by Design was was founded by Peter James, a pricing leader with over 18 years of experience shaping pricing and revenue strategies for some of the world’s most iconic fashion brands, Burberry and Boardriders (Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy, DC Shoes, RVCA & Element).

Peter, who is also a Chartered Management Accountant, previously held senior commercial finance roles at Fortnum & Mason and Britvic Soft Drinks, which allows a unique perspective that bridges financial rigour with brand-led commercial strategy.

With this rare combination of finance discipline and fashion pricing expertise, Peter founded Priced by Design to help brands, big and small, protect and grow margin, optimise pricing architecture, and navigate inflationary and competitive pressures with confidence.
